How it Works
CliftonStrengths isn’t just an assessment — it’s a starting point. We guide you through understanding your results and, more importantly, how to apply them in real work. The process is practical, supportive and focused on helping individuals and teams use their natural talents with intention.
1. Take the assessment
Step one is to complete the CliftonStrengths Assessment. It will take approximately 30 minutes so we recommend finding somewhere quiet where you can focus.
2. Have a read
It may look overwhelming at first, but please don’t panic! The document is lengthy but for now, you don’t need to read the full thing (unless you want to). We recommend looking at your top five strengths.
3. Book a coaching session
Using book now button below, please look at our CliftonStrength Coaches and select a coach. If you don’t have a preference, please head straight to the bookings page and book your 1 hour coaching session.
Book now4. Coaching session
We welcome you for the 1 hour coaching session. This space is for you and your coach to work through anything CliftonStrengths related. The pre-coaching questions will help your coach guide this conversation. An alarm may be set for 10 minutes before the end to ensure you have plenty of time to summarise and look at next steps.
5. Feedback and Next steps
Please complete the feedback form from your coach. This helps them and other coaches for future sessions and evaluation. Next steps should have been established between you and your coach, i.e next meeting or actions.
The Small Print
Coaching sessions are typically 1 hour unless previously agreed with the coach. Sessions include 50 minutes of coaching conversations and the last 10 minutes are dedicated summarising your session and agreeing next steps. Coaches have the right to end sessions whenever they feel necessary.
